This site is a service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service contractors. All contractors are independent, and this site does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on this site.

Bloomington Ice Dam Pros does not perform ice dam removal, roof snow removal, or roofing work itself, and it does not employ the contractors it connects you with. Any service performed at your home is arranged and carried out by an independent contractor, under terms you agree with that contractor directly.

The information on this site — including guides about ice dams, roof snow loads, and attic prevention — is general educational information for homeowners in the Bloomington, MN area. It is not a diagnosis of your home's roof and does not replace an in-person inspection by a qualified professional.
