What this site is
Bloomington Ice Dam Pros (bloomingtonicedampros.com) is a referral service that connects homeowners in and around Bloomington, MN with independent local ice dam and roofing contractors. This site is not itself an ice dam or roofing company, and it does not perform ice dam or roofing work. This policy explains what information is involved when you use this site or call the number shown on it.
Information you share when you call
When you call (952) 866-9118, we and the contractor you are connected with may receive your phone number and the details you share about your request — such as your name, the address where service is needed, and a description of the ice dam or roof problem. Those details are passed to the independent local contractor who can respond to your request, so they can contact you and arrange the visit.
Call recording
Calls to the number shown on this site may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping purposes. By calling the number, you consent to any such recording.
Calls and text messages (TCPA consent)
By calling the number displayed on this site, you agree that Bloomington Ice Dam Pros and the independent contractor(s) you are connected with may contact you by phone or text message about your service request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Website analytics and cookies
This site uses analytics tools (such as Google Tag Manager) and cookies to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and which links are clicked — so the site can be maintained and improved. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors.
How information is shared
The details of your request are shared with the independent local contractor(s) who can serve your area, for the purpose of responding to that request. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
If you would like to know what request details were shared, or ask for them to be corrected or deleted, call (952) 866-9118 and explain what you need. If you no longer wish to be contacted about a request, tell the contractor who contacted you, or call the same number and say so.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
